There is NO WAY to stop flex hose from leaking in an oil mist application. You can not tighten the clamp tight enough to completely seal the hose. SO WHAT DO YOU DO? You LET IT LEAK!- and then capture the fluid and return directly to the machine. The full welded curb capture the fluid as it leaks. Weep holes allow the fluid to 'weep' back into the system.
